Hey, so we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Here's what to do if you're not:

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and exchange your items within 21 days of receipt to the address below. Include the original invoice when sending the item back.  If you require an exchange, please fill out the exchange portion on the return form.  We do not provide return shipping, all items being shipped back are at the buyer's expense.  Any exchanges and shipping costs associated with them must also be paid by the buyer.  

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.

Items sent back following the above criteria will be granted a refund.  Please allow upto business days for the refund to appear on your account.  We will notify you via email once your return has been received and a refund has been issued.  Any sent orders being returned instore at either location will be issued a STORE CREDIT ONLY.  There will be no exceptions made.


The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:
  • All items purchased on SALE
  • Hair accessories.
  • Undies and bodysuits.
  • Jewelry/Accessories/Purses and/or Clutches


Standard Delivery

  • Standard delivery arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from date shipped, except for holidays.
  • Standard delivery includes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.  Package will arrive within 5-8 business days, Please allow an additional 3-5 business days from the shipped date except for holidays.

Express Delivery

  • Express shipping orders are placed Monday through Friday, except for holidays, before 3:00 PM EST or 12:00 AM PST and will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM EST, 12:00 AM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.
  • Express shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories

Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling:

Depending on the destination of the shipment, sales tax on shipping & handling may apply...  


To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following points should be considered:

  • Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours.
  • Orders with Out of Stock item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process & ship.  You may receive an email notifying the item is completely out of stock.
  • Please take weekends & holidays in to consideration.


As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail registered on our shopping site. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date please do not hesitate to contact us at 

Note to Customer: We cannot be responsible for items in the event that you are out of town and there is valid proof of delivery.
