US SHIPPING

Standard Delivery

• Standard delivery arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from date shipped, except for holidays.
• Standard delivery includes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.  Package will arrive within 5-8 business days, Please allow an additional 3-5 business days from the shipped date due to holidays.

Express Delivery

• Express shipping orders are placed Monday through Friday, except for holidays, before 3:00 PM EST or 12:00 AM PST and will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
• Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM EST, 12:00 AM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.
• Express shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories

Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling:

Depending on the destination of the shipment, sales tax on shipping & handling may apply...  

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE:

To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following points should be considered:

• Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Orders with Out of Stock item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process & ship.  You may receive an email notifying the item is completely out of stock.
• Please take weekends & holidays in to consideration.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail registered on our shopping site. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date please do not hesitate to contact us at info@shoplunab.com
