US SHIPPING

Standard Delivery

  • Standard delivery includes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.  Package will arrive within 5-8 business days, Please allow an additional 3-7 business days from the shipped date for international order.  
  • Any orders sent to APO addresses will not have a trackable service.  It will take upto 30 days for the package to be delivered. 
  • Standard mail delivery packages are not insured. Please note once a package is scanned as delivered by the postal service we are no longer responsible for any packages that go missing.  We will only insure coverage for lost or damaged packages in transit. 
  • If you decline ROUTE insurance at checkout you are liable if your package is lost or stolen

 *ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES EVENTS WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS TO FULFILL BEFORE SHIPPED

Priority Mail Delivery

  • Priority Mail delivery usually arrives within 3-4 business days (this does not include the two days needed to process your order).  Please note this delivery timeframe cannot be guaranteed. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of order date and orders usually arrive within 3-4 business days once shipped.  The delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, if you need your order by a specific date, express shipping is the only guaranteed shipping method. Any orders placed during our sales events may take an additional 2-4 days to fulfill before being shipped.  During our sales event you may receive a pre-shipment notification before your order is shipped.  Please allow the allotted fulfillment time in addition to the shipping transit time selected for your order.
  • Any orders sent to APO addresses with priority mail with take 15-21 days tp be delivered.  Trackable services are not available on APO addressed orders.

 

Express Mail Delivery

  • Express shipping orders are placed Monday through Friday, except for holidays, before 3:00 PM EST or 12:00 AM PST and will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.  We require 1 full business day from order date to process and fulfill your order.  Your order ships the next business day once fulfilled and will require 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM EST, 12:00 AM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-4 business days from the shipped date.  We require 1 full business day from order date to process and fulfill your order.  Your order ships the next business day and will arrive within 2-3 business days.
  • Any weeks in which there is an observed holiday please allow an additional business day for delivery.
  • Express shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories
  • All Express packages will require SIGNATURE upon delivery

 

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE:


To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following points should be considered:

  • Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours.
  • Orders with Out of Stock item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process & ship.  You may receive an email notifying the item is completely out of stock.
  • Please take weekends & holidays in to consideration.
  • We do not guarantee any delivery dates all delivery timeframes are estimates of delivery dates only 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number from USPS will be sent to your e-mail registered on our shopping site. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date please do not hesitate to contact us using the link at the bottom of our page.

Note to Customer: We cannot be responsible for items in the event that you are out of town and there is valid proof of delivery.

ADDRESS CHANGES:

Please note we cannot make any address changes when using paypal checkout as they require we send it to the address entered upon checkout.  

Any other address changes will be subject to approval, as there must be verification that the shipping address requested corresponds to the information of the card holder.

 

 

 

INSTORE PICKUP:
 
If you've chosen INSTORE pickup as an option, please allow 4-5 full business days (not including order date) for your order to be processed and made available at the store selected.  We will email you once it has been completed and is ready for pickup.  You must provide I.D along with the card used at the time of your order.  We cannot allow anyone but the purchaser to pickup the order.   If someone else is picking up your order, you must send  the original order confirmation email  girls@shoplunab.com. Clearly state your name and who you are authorizing to pick up your order.  All Pickup orders are held for a maximum of 30 days from order date. If unclaimed, your order will be sent back to our fulfillment center until claimed.
 Please email us at customercare@shoplunab.com to claim your order if past the 30 days. 
After 30 days all product is restocked. Once an order is claimed an attempt will first be made to fill the order, any items unable to be filled will be issued a store credit with a restocking fee.  Please note we only issue a store credit if we no longer have the item to fill in your order.  A store credit will not be issued for items still available in the order.

Address will be included in pickup email once order is ready.  Please remain in your car and text us at 714.450.2867 once you've arrived as this is a curbside option only.  ID must be ready when the order is picked up. 

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING DELIVERY DATES.  SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.  IF AN INCORRECT ITEM OR DAMAGED ITEM WAS SENT A REPLACEMENT WILL BE ISSUED.  IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE THE ITEM REFUNDED, SHIPPING WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE REFUND. 

 

 

Custom Fees:

We are NOT responsible for any custom fee's required to be paid once delivered.  Please check with your postal service on any Fee's you may have to pay before placing your order.  We will not refund any shipping charges if a package is sent back due to fee's not being paid or for any unclaimed packages.   You will be charged a restocking fee of 25% for any items sent back due to non payment of custom fees.  If the package is sent back and received past the 21 day return policy you will be issued a credit for use on your next order, we will not issue a refund for any orders received past the 21 day return policy.
