RETURN REQUEST
To be authorized for a RETURN, please submit a return request by clicking her CREATE A RETURN
You must submit a return request, and receive an approval, prior to sending your items back for store credit or refund.
RETURN POLICY
Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and show no signs of damage. Items return with make up stains, self tanner stains, deodorant residue, and/or pet hair are subject to a deduction for dry cleaning, or rejection of the return. Merchandise must contain their original tags (if applicable), including vendor hangtags, etc.
Any damages to an item must be communicated within 72 hours from delivery date and cannot be worn, washed or altered in anyway to be eligible. Wearing or washing an item makes the item ineligible for a refund.
For swimwear, items must be tried on with undergarments and returned with original hygiene strip.
Shoes must be in their original box without damage or a 50% restocking fee will be accessed. The box may not be used as return packaging, and must be free of any return postage.
Items purchased on SALE & JEWELRY are not eligible for return.
Any items purchased with a 25% off code or greater are not eligible for return.
We do not offer refunds on previous purchases if an item goes on sale.
Any items that are price matched are only eligible for a store credit. If free shipping was issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit.
SHIPPING
Only packages with an approved return request will be accepted. All other packages will be returned to the sender. We do not provide return shipping labels, the cost of the return will be charged during your return request.
Returns for store credit are free of charge with the purchase of RE:DO.
You will only be notified via REDO once your return has arrived. Please allow 5 business days to process and complete your return. Once complete you will receive an email with the details of your return.
DAMAGED ITEM(S)
Any damages to unworn merchandise from an order must be communicated to us within 72 hours of delivery by CREATING A RETURN. The item must be unaltered and the damage must be in the original condition sent. Any attempts to alter or clean the item will void any further exchanges/returns. Once a return authorization is approved, merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days from order date to receive a full refund for the item.
PLEASE NOTE: if an item purchased is marked "FINAL SALE", the item will be replaced. If a replacement cannot be made, a refund will be issued if within the 21 day return window. Any order past our return window will be subject to a restocking fee of 20-100% based on the postmark date, or subject to rejection.
Items worn void all returns/refunds and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Unfortunately, cancellation of any order cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. After 12 hours, all orders are processed for fulfillment and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed. If an order has been fulfilled for an in-store pick up, and cancellation is requested, an automatic 15% restocking fee will be accessed on the order total to be refunded. This applies to all orders awaiting pick up at one of our locations.
PLEASE NOTE: Any item purchased as "FINAL SALE" that has been fulfilled cannot be cancelled.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit can only be used online at our website - www.shoplunab.com - and will be issued in the form of a GIFTCARD via email. Online store credit cannot be used in-store at either of our locations. Store credit does not expire, and is provided in U.S. dollars. Your use of the store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.

EXCHANGES
We suggest placing an order for the new size and returning the original order as we sell out of items/sizes fairly quickly. We do not provide exchanges at the moment.
PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 business days after we receive your return. You will be notified when your order is received, and when we process your return/exchange. We kindly ask you track the delivery of your return to ensure it has been successfully delivered.
RETURNS
No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 21 day postmark.
Any orders refused or returned as UNCLAIMED will be charged a restocking fee of 20%, and the items will be refunded at the current selling price in the form of store credit.
Any orders shipped past the 21 day postmark may be subject to refusal. Upon discretion, we may accept the return with a 20-40% restocking fee and issue store credit.
We do not provide refunds on previous purchases if an item goes on sale.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
RE:DO (returns/store credit)
Purchasing RE:DO allows free returns for store credit.
The purchase of RE:DO does not qualify returns or store credit of any sort if the product is marked as FINAL SALE, or the item was purchased with a discount of 25% of more.
STORE RETURNS
Any orders being returned in-store at either location will be issued STORE CREDIT only. There will be no exceptions made. All pickup orders brought into the store for an exchange will only be issued a store credit, or exchange, if applicable. Stores are NOT authorized to issue refunds.
STORE ORDERS (SHIPPED)
Any order placed through one of our store locations via phone, or text, will have the same return policy as online orders. All returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the order date for a refund. Receipt must be included in the return package, and will take approximately 5-7 business days to receive your items. Refunds will take 3-4 days to process from date received. Please see above for full return policy.
NO returns on jewelry or accessories.
STORE ORDERS (PICK UP)
All orders placed via phone or text, and made for pick up in-store, are subject to the in-store return policy. To qualify for a full refund the order must have been shipped, and not picked up in-store, as the store is not able to issue refunds. All in-store orders picked up are subject to store credit or exchange only.
UNCLAIMED STORE/PICK UP ORDERS
Store pick up orders are only available for pick up, return or exchange within 21 days from the order date. All orders past the pickup window of 21 days are marked as UNCLAIMED and sent back to our fulfillment center.
After 21 days, the items will be restocked and issued a store credit with a 15% restocking fee.
If there are any "FINAL SALE" items in your order, a 15% restocking fee will also be accessed on those items and deducted from your store credit. All unclaimed orders will not be eligible for a refund if past the 21 day return window, and will be issued store credit only.
