Please note: once you have received a shipping confirmation your address cannot be changed. If you paid via PayPal, we cannot adjust the shipping address entered upon checkout. All address changes are subject to approval.
All in-store pickups are kept at the location for a maximum of 30 days, after the 30 day period they are sent back to the warehouse as unclaimed and the products are restocked.
After an order had been marked unclaimed, a store credit is issued back to your email address used during checkout.
Unclaimed orders are not eligible for a refund as it is no longer applicable under our return policy.
Please note: Any items marked "FINAL SALE" in your order will be charged a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your store credit issued.

If your order is covered because of your Shipping Protection purchase, please file a claim within 7 days online using your order # . Please allow 3 days to pass from delivery date before filing a claim as many times packages are recovered within a few days from delivery date.
If you declined Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout, you will need to file a claim via USPS once your order shows delivered. We are not liable for lost/stolen packages per our terms & conditions agreed to at checkout.

Once your return is approved (please allow 24 full business hours) you will be emailed a return approval.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping at this moment. We request all return packages are sent via trackable or insured mail as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

We highly recommend purchasing the new size and requesting a refund for your original order as items do sell out quickly.
Please send the item and mark store credit, we will process a credit for you and you can use it to purchase a new item.
Email us the details of your claim by clicking CREATE A RETURN on our website. Pictures of the damage or incorrect item must be submitted in order to process your claim.
Following the claim, we will contact you regarding further information.
Please note: We must be notified of all damaged item(s) within 72 hours of delivery via tracking information.
All returns take 10 business days to process and complete. Once completed, you will receive an email wit the full details of your refund.
If the return has not been processed within the 10 business days, please contact us at email@example.com with the tracking number for your return package.
