Please note any order that is placed under another card holder's name with a different bill to and ship to address may require up to 5 extra business days for processing. If the credit card processing company cannot verify the ship to recipient and address the order may be cancelled in full.
We do not adjust previous purchases to sale prices or promos once the original order has been placed.
An offer cannot be combined with any sales/discount codes. If a discount code is used the offer will not be granted. Promotional offers cannot be applied to any past purchases. All discount codes with a 25% discount or higher will make the entire order a FINAL SALE.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
You will be given an option at checkout to purchase insurance on your package. If you unselect the insurance option we will not be held liable to packages that are lost, damaged or stolen. If a claim needs to be filed for your package purchased with insurance you understand the claims process may take up to 14 days to be approved. Upto 45 day to be approved for all international orders.
Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 21days of order date for all US orders. Merchandise returned after the 21 return policy is subject to refusal or a 20-30% restocking fee dependent on our discretion.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed & free of any damages. Items returned with damages, stains or shown as worn will be subject to refusal.
Merchandise must have all tags (if applicable) including any Vendor hangtags, attached. Items returned without applicable hangtags will be subject to refusal.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Hair accessories, undergarments, jewelry and bodysuits cannot be returned.
Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair will be rejected and returned to sender or may be subject to a drycleaning per our discretion.
Shoes must be returned in the original box without damage to the box or a 50% restocking fee will be accessed.
If your return does not fit the criteria as stated above it will be REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER to the address and sender listed on the package. We will not cover the cost of shipping for all returns sent back to the sender for failure to meet return criteria. The return package will be sent back via USPS third class mail which has no tracking or insurance.
If you send a return that does not meet the return criteria you are taking FULL responsibility for the package and its return status back to the sender and address listed on the package.

We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages. If a return package is lost or stolen, you will be responsible for following the insurance claim.
Any sent orders being returned instore at either location will be issued a STORE CREDIT ONLY. There will be no exceptions made. All pickup orders brought into the store for an exchange will only be issued a store credit or exchange if applicable. Stores are NOT authorized to issue refunds.
Any damages to an item must be communicated to us within 72 hours of delivery via EMAIL only. Once an return authorization is processed, you must return the merchandise within the 30 days from order date to receive a full refund for the item. Please note if an item purchased is a FINAL SALE item, the item will be replaced. If a replacement cannot be made a refund will be issued if returned within 14 days from return date.
All above applicable policies apply to international orders.
Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 business days after we receive your return, please check tracking information for delivery of your return package as we will only email you once your refund/credit has been completed.
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 30 day mark.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.shoplunab.com and will be issued in the form of a GIFTCARD via email.
Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms and conditions.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Any item that could not be fulfilled will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment. We cannot issue refunds to any other payment method or card. Please note if a GIFTCARD or PREPAID card was used please retain the card # for your reference as we will refund those if paid with as original payment method.
Orders once fulfilled cannot be cancelled without a 10-15% restocking fee. Orders fulfilled and cancelled after 7 business days will receive a store credit and cannot be cancelled for a refund of the order.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement:

You and LUNA B agree that you may bring or participate in Claims against LUNA B only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Unless both you and[Brand] agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. Notwithstanding any other clause contained in this Agreement, any Claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator.
