Shipping policy

All orders require 2 business days for fulfillment.  The shipping method chosen will require additional transit time.  Please note FREE GROUND SHIPPING may require 7-9 business days for delivery.  Any delivery dates given at checkout are estimated delivery dates only and cannot be guaranteed.  The only guaranteed delivery date is for EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING.  

If you have chosen a shipping method outside of EXPRESS DELIVERY we cannot guarantee the delivery date.  If the order does not arrive in the timeframe needed you will need to process a RETURN for the order for items that are returnable under our return policy.

If your order is unclaimed and sent back to us a refund minus applicable shipping fees  will be accessed.
